How automatic payments work in the Mala GPS application
To give you a better idea of how to purchase a subscription for the Mala GPS tracker, we've prepared an overview of each step. The entire process is designed to be as simple and secure as possible.
Register the tracker in the Mala GPS application. This activates tracking services and pairs the tracker with your account.
A notification will appear stating that, after you confirm the details, a verification payment of 0 CZK will be made — this is only used to verify the correctness of the card.
You will be redirected to the Comgate gateway, where you'll enter your card details. The payment is 0 CZK, no money will be charged.
After authorization in your mobile banking app, a confirmation will appear and payment information will be passed to Mala GPS.
Finally, you'll receive confirmation, and your first month of free subscription begins — try all the features with no obligations.

What happens when the free month expires?
After the free month ends, the amount corresponding to the selected subscription will be automatically charged to your card, and it will continue to renew automatically. However, you can adjust it at any time in the application.
